At WEGRANT PLATFORM S.L.U. we process the information provided by interested parties in order to handle their request and send them commercial communications about products and services, including by electronic means.

The categories of personal data processed are as follows: identification data, company name, first and last name, job title, tax identification number, economic activity code, company size, number of employees, turnover, postal address, email address, telephone number and data relating to information requests or projects.

  • Tax Agency, for the purpose of complying with legal obligations.
  • Financial institutions, for the purpose of issuing corresponding invoices.
  • Accredited consultants and professional collaborators contractually linked to WEGRANT for the validation and processing of grants.

In certain circumstances, and in particular when necessary for the provision of technology services, automation, analysis or use of third-party artificial intelligence tools, your personal data may be transferred to entities located outside the European Economic Area.
