2. For what purpose do we process your personal data?
At WEGRANT PLATFORM S.L.U. we process the information provided by interested parties in order to handle their request and send them commercial communications about products and services, including by electronic means.
No automated decisions will be made based on the data provided.
3. How have we obtained your data and how do we process it?
The personal data we process at WEGRANT PLATFORM S.L.U. comes from: The data subject themselves.
The categories of personal data processed are as follows: identification data, company name, first and last name, job title, tax identification number, economic activity code, company size, number of employees, turnover, postal address, email address, telephone number and data relating to information requests or projects.
4. How long will we keep your data?
Data will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, and where applicable, for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations.
5. What is the legal basis for processing your data?
We inform you of the legal basis for processing your data:
- Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures: Fiscal, accounting and administrative management of clients. (GDPR art. 6.1.b).
- Legitimate interest of the Controller: Sending promotional communications including by electronic means. (GDPR Recital 47, LSSICE art. 21.2).
6. To which recipients will your data be communicated?
Data will be communicated to the following recipients:
- Tax Agency, for the purpose of complying with legal obligations.
- Financial institutions, for the purpose of issuing corresponding invoices.
- Accredited consultants and professional collaborators contractually linked to WEGRANT for the validation and processing of grants.

In certain circumstances, and in particular when necessary for the provision of technology services, automation, analysis or use of third-party artificial intelligence tools, your personal data may be transferred to entities located outside the European Economic Area.
Such transfers, if they occur, will be carried out exclusively with the appropriate guarantees required by data protection regulations, including, where applicable, the execution of standard contractual clauses, data processing agreements, appropriate technical and organizational measures and any other legally permitted mechanisms.
